Despite what its name and menu boast, the
International House of Pancakes serves food that's as
American as apple pie - that is, if you were to scoop the filling out of that pie and plop it down on a short stack. Popular
all-day breakfast items share the menu with burgers, salads, sandwiches, and meat-and-potatoes dishes. The
kid's menu is appealing, and the portions are filling. Try to avoid Saturday mornings. It's a zoo, and waits can be long...and kids don't get the
crayons and coloring menu until they're seated! We've never been great fans of the E Madison Street location, which seems to draw a rough crowd. We've listed a few of the Seattle area restaurants below; check the
