In-N-Out Burger's menu is surprisingly spare - just burgers, fries, and shakes - but what they do, they do very well.
Among its few but universally tasty items is the famous Double-Double, with its two all-beef patties, two slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, spread, and fresh-baked bun. The fries are fresh (not frozen) and the shakes are made with pure ice cream.
Even the facilities are clean and bright. The only drawbacks are the long lines.
