about In-N-Out Burger:
There are few enough In-N-Out Burger locations that it still feels special and somehow transcends regular fast food. The menu is surprisingly spare - just burgers - but what they do, they do very well, and who can complain when the most expensive item on the menu is the Double-Double at $2.45?
The burgers are always made to order using only 100% fresh beef; the shakes are creamy and delicious, oozing with real ice cream, not some seaweed product; and the staffers are courteous and clean-cut. Even the facilities are clean and bright. The only drawbacks are the always long lines.
