Indian Creek Camp Park the largest in the St. Charles County Parks Department's system. It boasts prairie land, vast wooded hills, and protected habitats for deer, turkey, quail, and other wildlife found inside the park. Archaeological evidence shows that the site was settled by several American Indian communities in the Mississippian Period (A.D. 1000 to 1400).
The park offers a lovely nature-themed playground, a fishing pond, and several miles of multi-use, natural trails for biking, hiking, and equestrian day-use.
