Indoor Goals is an indoor sports community for people of all ages and competitive levels. The sports center offers indoor soccer, roller hockey, and lacrosse leagues, as well as times for open play. It also hosts leagues and classes for children - from toddlers to teens.

Soccer: Programs for kids include introductory soccer for kids 18 months to nine years, toddler soccer, preschool soccer, kindergarten soccer, and school age soccer classes. The center also hosts Youth Indoor Soccer leagues for kids 7 through 17.

Inline Skating and Hockey: Check the website for open skating and open youth hockey stick time. Youth Roller Hockey leagues are also available.

Lacrosse: Introductory and competitive leagues are available for middle and high schoolers.

Summer sports camps: Full or half-day camps are available for kids ages three to 12. Camps include roller hockey, inline skating, soccer, lacrosse, and all sports.

School Year Camps: Winter break camps, spring break camps and special activities take place on no-school days. Visit the website for more information.

Birthday parties: Parties include one hour on the arena floor and a private party room for 45 minutes. Unlimited guests can participate for $150. A staff member is available for hire at events. Parents can customize the party with sports like soccer, flag football, kickball, dodgeball, etc.
