This place was very nice. The type of inflatables they had were a great selection and nice. They worked super hard for our party, kept it flowing as we had a kind of large group. We knew the party was 2 hours, you're not at home. My guests enjoyed themselves and some were going to plan a party here. Those other inflatable places are cookie cutter and expensive, I called one and pizza was like $12. I did not want that. We will be back.

GO to BOUNCE U or PUMP IT UP!!! The price is ok here and the inflatables are nice (but dirty) but the service is horrible. Family owned and operated by the laziest help in the world. I feel terrible that I actually recommended this place to someone. Lazy! Lazy! Lazy! Spend the extra $ and have a blast at BOUNCE U or PUMP IT UP. One more thing, it's dirty too.

The inflatables where better than the rest, the price was a little more reasonable, the kids had a blast! but....the service was slow when we had our time in the cake room. I had to be asked again everything I wanted such as decorations, the extra room, etc., when I already told them everything I wanted two days prior. I ordered pizza -bread along with the pizza two days before that wasn't ordered the day of the party. I had 19 kids and about the same number adults. Their was one young man serving the kids and handling everything in the room. There should have been two servers. I had to keep asking for plates and forks. The staff lacked the direction and authority with a party on a time limit. There wasn't enough counter space for the adults to serve themselves food and drinks while the server was handing out pizza to the kids. It should have been placed on the table in the add-on room I had to purchase so everyone had enough space (fore thought I didn't know about but they should have). The birthday kids(twins) should have had "happy b-day" sung to them first thing so the 'one' server could cut the cake to serve the kids while they were eating pizza. Dirty plates were every where. Basically the time was not used wisely and the staff should be prepared and know this already if they are paid to run the show. The kids did not have time to open their presents before we had to fly out of there for the next party. I didn't get to eat because I had to set the food, drinks, and ice out and help serve the kids. I was going to get all the kids "pucker powder" as a party favor but there was no time and not enough staff to handle the entire facility. The staff should have suggested to me to buy more time when I made the reservation or plan the time schedule better. The present-wagon should be bigger. I had two kids but the presents where double over flowing and placed around the wagon onto the floor. And the presents were not very big. The staff was very friendly and nice but just lacked direction. I believe they were under-staffed also. I still ended up giving a tip of $40 which was too much for all the work I had to do and not enough time for my kids to have a full party.
