Institute of Contemporary Art050

Located on the University of Pennsylvania campus, this unique museum spotlights work by noted contemporary artists, performance art, films, and concerts. Exhibits change frequently and often feature photography, sculpture, and video.

The artwork here will intrigue children, and the wide open spaces of the galleries make it easy for families and kids to maneuver. Teenagers will be fascinated by showcased videos that give a behind-the-scenes look at how works were installed in the galleries, and will introduce them to the artists and their processes of making art.
