Integral Elementary School is a new and innovative alternative K-6 private elementary school in the UTC/La Jolla area. It is a sister school to Rainbow Kids Integral Preschool.

The school's mission is to create an engaging educational environment where children can become aware of themselves and grow into conscious, creative, and responsible individuals, participants in society, and contributors to the community of the future.

While still following the California State Standards, an Integral education allows students to create, with the help of teachers and parents, a learning plan that focuses on their individual strengths and interests. Students excel and learn at a pace that is appropriate for them.

Boasting an approximate 11:1 student/teacher ratio and utilizing authentic assessments, we help the children learn to think critically, and outside the box! Our mission is to inspire a true joy in learning, and to create lifelong learners. We consider the whole child - mind, body, heart and soul - through unique programs such as daily meditation and yoga, a cutting edge PE program called Awareness Through the Body, and an emphasis on the creative arts as well as academics. The elementary school is a non-profit organization that welcomes and is open to people of all religions, creeds, races, and national origins.
