Jeff Ruby's Steak House151

On 2/10/2010 I made reservations to take my wife to Jeff Ruby's for the 1st time on her Birthday. Up until I received my steak everything was going well, other than the call I received earlier in the day to tell me our reservation made by the GM was being pushed back 30 minutes and I was put on hold 3 times by the person that called me. Anyway, I ordered my steak medium and it came to the table well done with no pink! When I mentioned it to the waiter he pulled out a flashlight, shined it on my steak and stated that it was over cooked and they would replace it. I was fine with that. Then the GM comes to our table and asked about the steak, told me he cut it in half and it looked beautiful, so bring it back? No, minutes after I get another and decided to take his advice and cut it in half (Something I've never had to do in 48 years of eating steaks) and to my amazement, it was raw in the center! I pushed the plate to the edge of the table; I asked to have the waiter pull out his flashlight again and was told the battery was dead and that the steak this time was medium rare, not what was ordered.
