Johnny Rockets' national chain of burger joints is a great dining choice for kids. The tabletop juke boxes play a tune for a nickel (with kid-friendly music that won't make you want to call Tipper Gore).

Wait staff dress in crisp white uniforms and do their best to be extra polite. And the kids' menu (ages 10 and under) has burgers, dogs, chicken fingers, grilled cheese, PB&J, and fries, plus fountain sodas, malts, floats, and shakes. The food is fresh and better than most fast food options.

You can have a party at Johnny Rockets, too. Partying kids (ages ten and under) get a Johnny Rockets kids meal and a sundae for dessert. BYO birthday cake and the staff will cut and serve it free of charge, and guest also receives an activity book and crayons, a party hat, and a Johnny Rockets balloon. Schedule a party at least two weeks in advance.

This location also sports a second floor Sports Lounge, complete with couches that kids can sprawl out on and 14 flat screen TVs to entertain both kids and parents.
