Known to many as the Latino Pied Piper, José-Luis Orozco is in a musical class by himself. A native of Mexico City and popular all over the continent for his bilingual children's CDs and books, the LA-based artist and grandfather shares his musica with Angeleno kids more than anyone else. While in other cities he plays mostly big venues, we are fortunate enough to catch his concerts in small venues like libraries, schools, and bookstores around the Southland.

A committed educator first and foremost, Orozco exposes a wide audience to Spanish language children's traditions and Latin American culture with over a dozen CDs and several books. His music is accessible to everyone, and his concerts are feel-good fiestas!
