Jump Extreme Fun Zone

Great experience. Most of the places we had been to in the past had closed down in the last couple of years. I can see why. Those places were small and not customer oriented. I am glad we found JUMP. The Party coordinators made the party. On time and organized. They were attentive and made Abbey feel special. It was nice to sit back and relax and know it was all under control.

We had our child's birthday at Jump and could not have been more pleased. We have been to other places like this and they are head and shoulders above the others. Clean and spacious. The hosts were great too. They were great with the kids and parents. Our guests were impressed and that made us feel great. Everything was organized and on time. We did not have to do a thing. They took care of it all. We were able to sit back and enjoy the day. Our daughter wants to have her party here again next year. Way to go Jump!

I recently gave my son a party at Jump Zone and I was very impressed. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the coordinator's interacted very well with the kids. I had never seem the facility except for the web until the day of the party, but it was very clean. I would recommend this place and also give a party here again.

Great place for birthdays. Friendly staff and clean facility. We have been to other party places. They are cramped and unclean. The staff took great pride in keeping our guests happy and ontime. With today's busy schedules, it was nice to have people who cared that things ran well. The party coordinators were great with the kids and the parents. They made our son feel like he was the only kid in the world with a birthday. These people clearly love kids. We are telling all of our friends about JUMP!

This is a great place for kids to play and expel energy. It is clean and has tons of space, with water nearby for the kids to drink when they get thirsty. The staff is friendly and watchful of the children. They will tell you if something goes wrong. They are also good about being on a time schedule and help so much for parties.

We just had my daughters birthday party at JUMP and have to say that is the cleanest birthday party place that we have been to and we have been to a lot of other places that just weren't clean. Our party coordinators were awesome, they interacted with the kids in the Jump Zones and served as wonderful hosts in the party room. I would defintely do it again here, it was really easy since they took care of everything.

Our son just had his Birthday at JUMP. We have had parties at other facilities and this was well organized and the staff was great.Very clean, bright and the party hosts were awesome! We will be back for our daughter's birthday.

Recently my kid had a birthday party in “Jump for extreme fun”. The front office staff took our pizza order two week before the party. They messed up the whole pizza order. Then there is not a single apology from the staff. They simply said it was “Pappa jones” fault. As a customer we don’t directly deal with “Pappa Jones” for pizza. The front office people took our order and place to “Pappa Jones”. We order cheese pizza for vegetarian people. They mess up this order. All the vegetarian people have to stay hungry after the jump. When I order and got pizza from next door (Newyork pizzeria) the front office didn’t let me bring said they can’t allow any other pizza from outside. They messed up the order and not ready to admit. They can let the people starve but not allow the pizza from next door. The whole people in party come to know about this. There were about 25 kids and 25 parents, none of them are going to give them the business again. “Jump for extreme fun” place makes our special day a disaster day. In my whole life I never had a bad experience with an entertainment company.

We attended a birthday party at JUMP! and were extremely impressed. It was very well organized and flowed well. The facility is extremely well kept-up and very clean. The kids (4 yrs. old) had a fantastic time. Their party room is especially nice. I would say, though, that it is more appropriate for ages 3 and up, not 2 and up. The inflatables are rather big and intimidating for kids under 3. They also have air hockey and a fun basketball shooting game.
