About Jumpers Fun Zone

Jumpers Fun Zone, winner of our 2009 Parents' Picks Award for Best Indoor Playspace in Philadelphia, is an indoor kids' entertainment and party place that offers play equipment, inflatables, and children's parties.

The facility's colorful Safari of Fun is a collection of interactive play equipment includes a three-tier soft play unit, giant safari slides, jungle obstacles, safari bounce house inflatables, and a Little Cub play area for kids ages five and under.

Jumpers party packages include admission for 10 guests and the birthday child, 90 minutes of play time, 30 minutes in a private party room, two medium pizzas, two two-liter bottles of soda or juice, a free shirt for the birthday child, paper goods and utensils, and invitations. Extra items, such as party bags and balloons, are available for an additional fee.

Extremely clean and well maintained; friendly staff. We have a two year old and a seven year old and both enjoy themselves for hours! Take a good book and bring lunch!

I think Jumpers is a great place for family and friends to get together and have fun. The employees are nice and well mannered. It is not their responsibility to babysit your kids just to supervise for their safety. The place is always clean, bright and enjoyable for my kids and I recommend it for ALL families and events!!

We have had fun raisers for a few different things, the staff is always friendly and the place is clean. The owners are very generous with their contributions. In fact may times they barely made any money because they donated so much to the organization. We really appreciate their hard work and generosity.

All of our children have had parties there. We have been to so many parties there because its fun,clean, bright and cheerful. We are headed there this week for yet another party.

I go to Jumpers all the time. Its always so clean. They clean everything every night. There employees are very friendly. On a rainy day or a day where your bored inside go to Jumpers. It a great place to go with your kids

I can't figure out what the previous poster is talking about. I don't know what part of the floor could be wet. There is carpet throughout the whole place. I go in with my 3 kids every couple of weeks and that place is spotless. I have to laugh at the comment about mold -the owners are constantly cleaning--my friends and I always joke that it's like Disneyworld because there is always someone cleaning something. I think Katie is referring to a different place. I belong to a main line moms club and we go in there all the time. If you haven't been there, go. You will not find a cleaner,friendlier place for your kids to play.

Frankly it is dangerous. The floor seemed almost wet when we were there. I can only imagine the mold.

I'm in Jumpers with my kids probably at least twice a week and NEVER have had any negative experiences. It's unbelievably clean and I think the staff has always gone above and beyond. I think the employees have a tough job at times because some parents get defensive if their children have to be called out for something. I really am surprised that any one could find something negative there because it really is a great place. It's the only place around that I would recommend!

I agree with the staff not monitoring behavior. I was watching my 2 year old - its the parents of the older children who are not watching and the staff says NOTHING! An older boy just about knocked my 2 year old off the ladder up to the slide - who knows where his parents were. Grrrrr...

It was extremely clean!!! The owner cleaned twice in the 2 hours we were there. And the bathrooms were spotless! Two of our kids had a great time (3 and 5 yrs) the 2 year old was too fearful to get in anything...but otherwise a great time and a good price.

WOW! I am shocked at the two negative reviews. We go to Jumpers a lot and never have a problem. You as the parent or gaurdian are responsible to watch your children, not the staff. The staff is there to make sure the kids are following the safety rules. On many occasions I see parents not paying attention to their children's behavior and the staff has to ask the child to stop misbehaving(e.g. pushing other kids, running, etc.). You can't expect them to babysit your kids. Also, the bathrooms were very clean. If you had a problem with Jumpers, you should have talked to the owner. Sounds like you have a personal vendetta against them. I hightly recommend Jumpers...great fun for the kids and a great value!! We will continue to go to Jumpers!!!!

Jumpers is a great *idea* for a place to have a birthday party, but the supervision might as well be non-existent; then you would know that you, NOT the staff here are the only line of defense. I guess they haven't had a problem in a while and so they've grown lax but I've never seen such an ill-trained crew, *literally* looking the other direction while kids AND parents go down 20+ foot slides literally on top of each other.

My kids and I love Jumpers. I am shocked to see a comment that "the bathrooms were filthy." One of the reasons I love Jumpers so much is because of how clean the facilities are. The owners are very friendly. There could be more staff but if your watching your own children as you should be, it wouldn't be a reason to never go there again.

We love Jumpers!! My children and I go to Jumpers at least once or twice a week. I have ALWAYS found it to be extremely clean (bathrooms included!). That is one of the many reasons we continue to go back. Clean, safe, a lot of fun for the kids. I can't imagine anyone with active kids not having a good time. It's definitely worth the trip!

My kids were very disappointed after our recent visit. Way too many kids and no adult supervision that I could see. Bathrooms were filty and the staff girl told me it wasn't her problem. The same person spent most of the time we were there yelling at all the kids. Only a few activities were offered and the kids were quickly bored. We tried another place nearby the following week and had a great time. We're never going back to Jumpers!

It's new, bright, clean, and great fun. The staff is friendly, jumping area is supervised, there's space to stow shoes and coats, all equipment is cleaned and sterilized daily. There's a small area for you to bring in snacks/sandwiches for kids to eat, and also spacious restrooms with changing tables. Those are just some of the reasons Jumpers should be on your list of places to take the kids. My grandsons even had fun searching the hand painted walls to see how many animals they could find. There are plenty of benches for parents to sit and be able to see their children at all time; a water fountain with child-friendly steps is just inside the play area. Children's hands are stamped for security, and hand sanitizer is available as you are leaving. It's a great place for a great price. I would highly recommend Jumpers for family fun in Delaware County!
