My 4 year old son just had his birthday party here June 2011. As soon as we walked in you could tell this place is under new management. The place reeked of fresh paint (half the adults had headaches when we left), half of the tiles on the roof are missing. The jumping slides are pushed in together in such a way it was hard for the children to jump. All of the games are turned off and pushed into a corner. I was told we would not able to be in a private room, as they only have one and we had to put all presents and shoes in the toddler area by the front counter. I was then told we would not be allowed to go back into the back jumping room as it to was being remodeled and closed. I was upset to say the least and when I spoke to the manager and reminded her that I just called the day before to confirm our reservations and I was told we would have the bubble machine and music in the back party room (Something my son loves) She then allowed us to go into the back room to jump for one half hour (I was told I would get one full hour). I was told I would have a personal party person to help. This to was a problem as the girl would come to me if there was a problem with one of the children sliding incorrectly. One of the children slipped and fell and cut his chin on the floor. His socks where soaked from water because the floors not being cleaned, little puddles where everywhere. We had to end the party a half hour short because they told the children they could no longer play and wanted me to get the children out of the play area. Now they put us in the front room with the toddlerâ??s toys by the front door. How do you tell a 4 year old to look at all the toys and bouncy stuff but you canâ??t play on it! I complained again and the manager actually left the building and said she was sorry for the renovations!? I would like to know why no one said anything about their renovations, and how all the play games are all turned off, why there was no party room, and you have to strongly complain to get into the back party jump room. They did NOT do one thing I signed up for. No personal Party helper. No cake room, nowhere to open the gifts, and they cut the jumping party time short. I was told one hour in the party bouncy room and 45 minutes in a private room for cake and ice cream, to open gifts. I was told they provide plates, napkins, spoons, candles, cutting of the cake and popcorn. We never received popcorn they gave plates for the children only and NO napkins??? I had to go and look to find someone to ask for more plates so I could offer cake to the adults! Over all this new management has a lot to learn about personal assistance and compassion for the children who are at the party. I would never recommend this facility to someone having a party. Maybe after the renovations are done it might be ok for a an hour. But not only will my children never be back, but not one parent I spoke to will be back. Every parent was shocked at this new managementâ??s ability to shut down half of the facility and not be able to handle a simple birthday party.

We have celebrated my son's birthday here 2 years in a row. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have the best prices for birthday parties out of all the bounce houses...AND, more importantly, they have a PRIVATE jumping room for just your birthday kid and their guests. The prices are very reasonable. I have helped my kids on the bounce houses before without a single remark from the staff. I really think everyone should take their little ones here. Also, there is an upper age limit, so you don't have to worry about bigger kids jumping on your little kids. Nice staff, nice hours, good prices, safe environment for younger kids. They also have a girl themed play room and a boy themed play room. Oh, and they have an entire room dedicated to costumes the kids can dress up in. Its a great place!

This place has discriminates against handicap children, by not allowing them assistance from an adults to play on the inflatables. They have horrible customer service and the owner Tish is worse than her employees. No wonder they have no customer service skills because she doesnt. They overcharge people for parties, dont live up to contracted agreements and then place blame on person complaining instead of taking action. You would have a better time at the jumping jellybean in norfolk.
