I went through the reviews of jumping genius and it made me think , is this place so nasty?? Fortunately, I was invited to a birthday party over there. It was just the opposite. The place was clean. During the party also the restroom very kept clean. The staff (the girl) was polite and humble. Toys were new , I did not see any duct tape nor open outlets. The person who has written the review about duct tape or open outlets must have gone to play during some construction time. It was fun and we just enjoying the party while the coordinator was taking care of everything. My kids had fun and the best part is that I came out booking my girl party over there. The place is fun.clean .Mondays $6.00 was even a good news. Parents check this place once again.

Very disappointed. the customer service is lacking and the interests are not the children but the cashiers' schedule. The posted hours on the site say 7pm and the hours on the door say 6:30. Nonetheless, we arrived at 6pm to be told she wanted to close up and go because they close at 630 anyway. I left with a very disappointed, screaming child with no concern from the girl who wanted to leave early.

I have NEVER been to a more dirty, smelly and run-down indoor play area. I almost walked out from the smell, but I thought I'd give it a chance. My kids liked it but I just wanted to take them home and dip them in antiseptic immediately. Additionally, everything is falling apart and repaired with either duct tape or masking tape, including the toilet paper dispenser on the bathroom wall that sits over the toilet seat. Never again.

we loved it!! very big and most important CLEAN!! i found the location here (thanks to all the other moms who commented on it) the only thing is it is a way from our house but worth it will continue to go =)

This is a wonderful place for my kids. We have been coming there for 4 years now and my kids still get excited everytime we go there. They have a great selection of toys and costumes, which by the way are different everytime we come there. The whole facility is immaculant. They truly care about your suggestion and thoughts. We have nevered been bored and my kids are always crying when it's time to leave. They just don't want to go home. I have to keep reminding my youngest son to use the restroom because he's so bussssy playing. This is truly the best play place in the valley. They have the most awesome costumes, come to think of it, THEY ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT HAVE COSTUMES. Trust me when I tell you that the costumes ARE CLEANED VERY OFTEN AND CHECKED FOR LICE. I asked the owner myself of the cleaning process. Lastlety their BIRTHDAY PARTIES ARE A BLAST!!!!!! They cater to the young and old. They REALLY entertain the kids with the activities that YOU get to choose. It's not chosen for you!!

I have to take my hat of, it`s one of the best places in town, if you think you stuck at home. Just go there, and you garanted to have a great time. And the best thing is, they have an awesome infant section with great toys for babies as young as 5 months. You can buy an unlimited monthly pass for two kids as low as 45 dollars.If it isn`t a great deal, I don`t know what is.
