Kid Magic Preschool and Kindergarten457

My son just finished his first year at Kid Magic, and will be going back again in the fall. It's a fantastic school, the teachers really address each individual students needs and levels. I love that my son was in a classroom of 3, 4, and 5 year olds, so he could learn from the older kids, and then when he is an older kid, he'l be able to show by example and be proud. He has grown so much in the last year, which I think is a direct result of the influence of his teachers. And on top of that - the location (Robinswood park for me) is AMAZING - the park is fantastic and they love going to see the ducks regularly. And for tcez to give such a low review when he didn't even attend, and honestly because of his lack of diligence in reading the policy - well, maybe he should have attended Kid Magic and he wouldn't have gotten into such a predicament. Highly recommend this school!

Wow! I totally disagree with tcez. Kid Magic was worth the money. My daughter excelled at Kid Magic and took what she learned over to Annie Wright School, which is one of the top rated PNAIS schools in the state. If tcez took the time to read the tuition policy line 4, he would have known his answer. Thank you, Kid Magic!

We looked at many pre-schools. Kid Magic seemed like a likely possibility due to its small class sizes and location (we were looking at the Kelsey Creek Farm location). We put down a $75 application fee and $450 pre-paid first months tuition (standard preschool procedures). Eventually, we decided not to go to Kid Magic and asked Gail (the director) for a refund of the 1st months tuition. Strangely, her demeanor and friendliness changed as soon as we said we were not going to attend. She then claimed that it was non-refundable based on some vague language buried on their website and refuses to even discuss the issue verbally (wants all communication via email). As of this posting I am trying to resolve the issue through the BBB before the last resort of taking her to small claims court. Unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE you want to go to Kid Magic, don't sign up (unless you want to throw away a lot of money).

We came to Kid Magic on a recommendation and it was the best advise we have ever taken. The teachers are incredible and the park setting is amazing. We have many teachers in our family and they have been very impressed with the academics of Kid Magic. As much as we appreciate the learning environment, we really love the nurturing and encouraging from all the teachers. Our daughter will have great memories of Kid Magic for the rest of her life!

I was looking for a preschool for my daughter and I was not interested in a faith based or Montessori school. I found Kid Magic online, met with Gail and found that Kid Magic is a wonderful mix of choice and structured time. The number one reason that I chose Kid Magic was the percentage of KM graduates actually reading. My daughter has really flourished and gained a confidence and Independence that I hadn't expected.

Kid Magic is great! My daughter comes home talking about things she learned that day. Who would have known I'd be listening to my five year old say "nocturnal" or "chlorophyll" and describe what it means?! KHE started reading four months into her first year at Kid Magic. The school building is a barn-like structure set in beautiful Robinswood Park. Great experience with everyone there!

The preschool is set on a beautiful park which the children can enjoy. They take nature walks and see duck families and even turtles! The teachers create a very safe and nurturing environment with a balance of academics and play. My son loves his preschool!
