Kids Love to Sign® Program551

The Kids Love to Sign® Program provides students ages three to eight with a fun, multi-sensory, language-rich opportunity to learn 15-20 American Sign Language signs each week through interactive games, songs, and activities. Kids Love to Sign® Level 1 and Level 2 classes are 45 minutes in length and run for six weeks. The sign categories introduced in Level 1 include ABCs, People I Know and Love, Opposites, Numbers, Days of the Week, Feelings, Colors, Food, and Mealtime Manners. Level 2 categories include ABCs & Fingerspelling, In the Jungle, Five Senses, Sports, Four Seasons, and On the Go. Students receive a Kids Love to Sign® Program Kid's Kit, an activity book filled with signing resources to use at home. The kit includes song sheets, book suggestions, and directions for at-home activities and games, as well as flashcards and a music CD. ASL Certified and Baby Signs® Certified Instructor Katheryne Mitchell also conducts school assemblies and offers Praise Signs & Songs classes, Signing Scouts classes, Baby Signs® Babysitter Workshops (ages 12-18), Early Childhood Educator Training, and In-School Sign Language Specialist instruction.
