Kids to Kids is a non-profit children's literacy project sponsored by Spread the Word Nevada.
Recognizing that the ownership of books is a critical factor in every child's intellectual development, the organization distributes free books through 13 elementary schools throughout Southern Nevada. Kids to Kids was named was named "Outstanding Charity of the Year" in 2005 by The Nevada Community Foundation.
Local families can help Kids to Kids through the donation of gently used books, by holding neighborhood book drives, or by volunteering with the organization.
