KidsHealth fitness programs teach the value of good nutrition and weight management; build a habit of regular exercise; and improve strength, balance, and coordination in a fun, nurturing environment. Children ages five to 13 - of any skill level - can participate in stretching, core strengthening, balance training, fitness games, and yoga; kids ages eight and up can try weight training under the close supervision of a Nationally Certified fitness professional.
