KidsPark is a licensed, professionally-staffed parent cooperative drop-in childcare service, providing safe, stimulating hourly care for children ages six weeks to five years while parents keep an appointment, have lunch with a friend, exercise, or spend one-on-one time with another child. Once the initial registration process is completed, parents can utilize the service. Each family pays a $50 annual membership fee, as well as a $60 co-op fee, which is refundable upon completion of nine volunteer hours. Usage is not restricted to Macalester-Groveland area families.
