KidsPark is fantastic! I thought I would just use it one time when we needed childcare on a school holiday. My kids had the best day - the staff there are like camp counselors and really seem to keep the kids busy for hours with all sorts of cool stuff. My kids begged to go back. We use KidsPark for school holidays and weekend date nights regularly now. My kids tell us to go on a date so they can play at KidsPark! I highly recommend it - good for moms and good for kids!

My kids drive me NUTS about KidsPark...they want to go ALL the time! They love it and we love knowing there is a safe, fun, educational place for them to go when we want to have some alone time. Truly I'm shocked there would be anyone that would have anything negative to say about this place...but then, there's one in every bunch ;o) I can't say that I've EVER seen what she seems to see, so I'd say take her review with a grain of salt. Want somewhere great for your kids to go while you TCB or enjoy time with yourself or a loved one...KidsPark is a Godsend!

KidsPark recenly did a Parents Night Out promotion with The Melting Pot with discounts at both places. I had a quiiet romantic dinner with my husband and my kids had the time of their life at KidsPark. They are begging to go back this weekend. I hope KidsPark does more night out promotions. Maybe with Studio Movie Grill next time? hint. hint.

We love KidsPark. As out of town guest we use this place as an option for childcare. It has been perfect for us to have a nice evening out while the kids are in safe environment having fun. I wish all cities had a place like this. We have never had a problem with the staff or other children. I would highly recommend it.

So, I recently got a chance to use Kidspark while my wife and I got to have a rare dinner-and-a-movie night out, and the kids had a fantastic time. It's a great place, and the staff love the kids. We checked everything out and watched how the staff interacts with the children before signing up. They were very attentive and safety-conscious. Our kids didn't want to leave, and yours probably won't either.

As director of KidsPark I would like to say I have encountered thousands of happy kids and happy parents! I have never heard a complaint anything like this before and am shocked that someone could walk away with this opinion. As a mom (a picky mom), I am very particular about how my 4 year old is cared for, and I trust all the staff at kidspark. After observing them and supervising them, I know they are all capable of caring for children in large groups and actually showing concern for each and every child that comes through the door. We have an exceptional child to teacher ratio of (on average) 1:5, so there is not only excellent supervision, but enough staff to interact with the children on their level. As parents, we all know that some children are not going to listen. I was there the day "children opened the gate to walk into the lobby" and I immediately took care of the situation. Since then we have put an extra lock on the gate to ensure this doesn't happen again. The children's safety is our #1 priority. Really. And I encourage any concerned parent to check our state licensing link that shows we only have 22 deficiencies out of almost 1500 standards that were evaluated for compliance. That is a 98.5% success rate, which is something I am very proud of!

I've had several negative experiences at this location, and any concerns that I expressed were brushed aside. I have seen children run around unsupervised at this location. The Directors will claim that children are monitored and not allowed to mix with other ages or watch t.v. for too long, but that is not always true (this is reflected in their state reports as well). I have seen children open doors to walk into the lobby. Really. I just would not recommend this location to any concerned parent. Be wary of their marketing campaign. Parents, be sure to research the facility because anyone can post an online review -- even business owners or PR agencies! My kiddo probably loves this place more than Chuck E Cheese. There is hardly any turn around with the employees. They keep the kids entertained and spend time with each and everyone of them. I don't know how they manage to organize arts and crafts projects with kids coming in and out, but they do. I've gone there a billion times and I haven't heard a child crying once....unless it's time to go.

KidsPark is wonderful, they run a great program the staff are great and my kids love it!
