about La Cienega Park:

La Cienega Park is a green, welcoming park at the busy corner of La Cienega and Gregory Way offering playground equipment, three baseball diamonds, two soccer fields, tennis courts, a perimeter jogging track, barbecue grills, and picnic tables. The park is a popular meeting spot for the stroller set and is close to several appealing coffee and breakfast spots. The adjacent community center has a variety of classes for children and year-round childcare. There are also rooms to rent private functions and parties.

tips:

Bring change for metered parking, available on both La Cienega and Gregory. The meters on La Cienega south of Gregory Way allow for longer term parking.

getting there:

The park is between Wilshire and Olympic, on the east side of La Cienega.
