LaGuardia Airport is located in the Borough of Queens, New York City, bordering on Flushing Bay and Bowery Bay. It is eight miles from midtown Manhattan, but traffic can make it seem a lifetime away.
The Central Terminal Building (CTB) serves most of the airport's scheduled domestic airlines. There are three other passenger terminals as well. Each main terminal has many choices for shopping and eating.
Shuttle flights to Washington DC and Boston leave hourly.

getting there:
By car: Grand Central Parkway East to Exit 5/Astoria Boulevard, Marine Air Terminal; Exit 6/94th Street, alternate Airport Exit; Exit 7/Airport Exit. Daily Parking is available in parking garage & lots 1, 4, 5, 6, 7; $3 up to first half hour, $6 for up to one hour, and $3 for every hour or part thereafter. Maximum rate is $30 for a 24-hour period. Lots can be used for up to 30 days parking at the posted daily rate.
