A popular spot for visitors, families and owners of condo property off of the lake, historical Lake Eola Park - winner of our 2009 Parents' Picks award for best local park - is certainly the prettiest downtown outdoor location.
A casual walking/bike path circles the lake if you are interested in a leisurely stroll. Adorable over-sized swan-shaped paddle boats and gondolas are sure to amuse the kids and are available to rent. Kids can also feed the large number of ducks and real swans that live in the park.
Picnic tables and playgrounds are available around the park and be sure to check out the Lake Eola amphitheater, which host numerous special events throughout the year including plays and even pet-trick competitions during dog-walks.

tips:
Parking is always difficult downtown. Head down a side street instead of trying to find something along the park.

Park begins at the intersection of Rosalind Avenue and Central Boulevard.
