Lake Louisa State Park is an angler's paradise. Visitors can fish in four of the six lakes that are accessible from this 4,372-acre state park. Canoes, kayaks, motorless boats, and boats powered by trolling motors are welcome; gasoline-powered boats are not permitted. It's also a popular spot for walking, jogging, and hiking.
The park features more than 15 miles of equestrian trails, which are open from 8am to closing. Facilities include a bathhouse with showers, a sandy beach area, and a shaded picnic area. Campers can utilize the park's full-facility and primitive campgrounds. Fully furnished cabins are also available for rent.
