Lesley Ellis School is an independent elementary school (Preschool - Grade 5) offering a progressive, antibias education with ambitious goals for learning. The school was founded in 1886 as part of The Cambridge School and reorganized as Lesley Ellis School in 1949. Lesley Ellis is accredited by the Association of Independent Schools of New England.

From Rt. 2, take Exit 60 - Lake St, East Arlington [From the Mass Pike, take Rt. 128/I95 North to Rt. 2 East.] Follow Lake Street driving under Rt. 2 all the way to the end. Turn left onto Massachusetts Avenue. Turn right (6 blocks) onto Tufts Street. Park in the first parking lot on the left. The school is the building after the parking lot. Enter Lesley Ellis through the door near the parking lot.
