The
Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH) provides,
free of charge, on-loan recorded books and magazines, equipment to play the recordings, large print books, and described videos. Western Pennsylvania residents of any age who are unable to read standard print materials because of a visual disability, physical disability, or physically-based reading disability may be eligible to receive this service. Materials are mailed to the borrower's home in postage-free containers.
