Monrovia's 13-acre Library Park is near the center of action in the small foothills town: It is located within Historic Old Town Monrovia - the central business district - and houses, not surprisingly, the Monrovia Public Library. Facilities include a band shell, picnic tables, ADA-approved drinking fountains, and a playground.
getting there:
From the 210 Freeway, exit Myrtle Avenue. Head north for several blocks. The park is located on the western side of Myrtle Avenue near the north end of the main downtown business district. The cross streets are Lime and Palm Avenues.
