about Lincoln Center:

The world's largest performing arts complex, Lincoln Center is home to 12 constituent organizations, among them noted producers and presenters of outstanding music, dance, opera, theater, film, and more. These include: the New York Philharmonic, The Metropolitan Opera, The New York City Ballet, New York City Opera, Lincoln Center Theater, Film Society of Lincoln Center, Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and Jazz at Lincoln Center. All offer educational and family programming.

Venues include Avery Fisher Hall, Alice Tully Hall, the Metropolitan Opera House, New York State Theater, Vivian Beaumont and Mitzi E. Newhouse Theaters, Walter Reade Theater, and, located at the Time Warner Center, Frederick P. Rose Hall, home of Jazz at Lincoln Center's Rose Theater. Also part of the main Lincoln Center campus (which runs from West 62nd to West 66th Street between Broadway/Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues) are the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, The Juilliard School, and the School of American Ballet.

The David Rubenstein Atrium, a vibrant public visitors' and ticketing facility on Broadway between 62nd and 63rd Streets is open daily, Mon-Fri, 8am-10pm, and Sat-Sun, 9am-10pm. The Atrium offers plenty of places to sit, free weekly performances (as part of Target Free Thursdays), day-of discount tickets to available Lincoln Center performances, food service from Chef Tom Colicchio's 'wichcraft cafe, a staffed information desk, free Wi-Fi access, and public restrooms.
