As if finding out my kids had lice wasn't bad enough, it turns out, getting rid of them was a nightmare...until we called Lousey Nitpickers. Frank came and calmly explained everything, checked and treated us and three days later followed up, informing us that we were in fact lice and nit free! The products are the only ones that seem to be working among all of the many treatments I, and other families I know have tried. I keep recommending them to everyone I know with kids because lice is rampant right now and if you use the products consistently, you can avoid getting lice in the first place. My whole family is using them now to avoid a recurrence. Best of all, they are non-toxic and smell great!

After my daughter was out of school for one whole week due to her mom's and my 3 failed attempts at removing with natural, as well as with chemical products the lice from her long, beautiful hair, we called Lousey Nitpickers. Fabulous! Thank goodness for Lousey Nitpickers and Frank. They checked my daughter at her school (and me when I requested!) only to find out we had lice. Frank came to our house and after an hour we were lice free. I was prepared to spend a lot to get rid of these parasites and it was totally reasonable -- my only wish was that I had made an appointment two days earlier instead of trying to do it ourselves. I have been fighting Lice since my daughter was five. (Now she is 10). LAUSD lets kids in school with lice. I always treated her but, could never get all of the nits because her hair is so, fine and it was always a battle.
Where my daughter goes to school now they don't. I tried another company but, it was way to expensive and a rip off.
I have also tried the very toxic pill that is suppose to kill then and it didn't work.
I called Lousey Nitpickers and they were here the next day. They checked the whole family and found out that I had a light case. He had all of us treated in two hours. It was very reasonable and Frank made my daughter fill so comfortable.

Frank was an unbelievable lifesaver. Not only did he travel from L.A. to northern Santa Barbara County, he made us relax and understand that this situation was fixable right away. The stress was awful until he arrived the day after I called. I couldn't have asked for more... except not being in that situation to begin with!

OMG! I couldn't believe it when I discovered my daughter had caught head lice this summer! I never thought it would be us. The first week of summer vacation I found that my daughter had lice. I was upset, grossed out and overwhelmed with the task of removing bugs and nits from my daughters hair. I discovered on a Sunday morning that my girls had lice. I spent all day Sunday buying Rid, shampooing, going through hair (5+ hours for ONE KID) and doing MOUNTAINS of laundry. All I have to say is that Frank and Evan are angels sent from up above!! I tried on my own to get rid of the lice my 2 daughters had for awhile and was not succesful. After treating at home several time over the past 2 weeks with no success in desperation I did an internet search and found Lousey NitPickers. From the moment I called I felt very reasured that I had made the right choice. Frank came out the same evening and treated all of us - 2 adults and a 4 year old. I had first contacted a salon that specializes in head lice removal, but it took them a full day to get back to me, and I was then told that it would be next month before we could get an appointment.
