Our experience was a bad one. The rudeness of the waitress was ridiculous. So bad that we feared eating anything even though the managment sent over a new waitress. The new one lectured us as she came over to take our order. We didn't order anything because we figured that we would all be sick after eating....if you know what I mean. We will never return and I don't recommend it as a party location for anyone. I should have known that the place was not well managed because it was almost impossible to make reservations. My mother said say something positive. So here it is: the ambiance was quaint, nice and comfortable but unfortunately the stinky service and bad customer service on the phone sticks out and outweighs any good about the place!
