Would Gimbel's tell Macy's? That's the question in Miracle on 34th Street, and maybe the answer is that Gimbel's is gone and Macy's lives on. If your little one is a fan of either film version, the Manhattan branch is a great place to visit, and the holiday windows are always amazing.

Don't miss the annual Spring Flower Show, during which the main floor of the 34th Street location is turned into a veritable garden. As the store likes to put it, "we still get butterflies, just thinking about it!"

Either way, at any location, you're likely to find something fun to wear, at the very least.
