The staff is indeed competent (spell it right complainer). They went above and beyond my expectations for my daughter's birthday party. They were so helpful to make sure that her day was the very best and everyone was on track with their pottery. The pieces were beautiful, not one flaw! I highly recommend this store to anyone. Thanks!

I took my three boys to get their handprints on plates. returned to pick up and they spelled one name wrong ( it was right on the form they had). the worker said they work have it exactly the same to match the brothers plate. returned and the new plate had much smaller lettering and dots by the year and name!! asked for a refund and unable to look up the amount or figure it out from their receipt.... too difficult?? refunded 11 dollars short after seeing my credit card bill. owner asked how to make it right. had chances to fix, not compentant workers.

I took my 5yr old and 3 yr old and we had a great time. The staff is so helpful and nice.

Beautiful shop. We had a wonderful family evening. Great staff, very helpful. Can't wait to go back.
