- I took my three boys to get their handprints on plates. returned to pick up and they spelled one name wrong ( it was right on the form they had). the worker said they work have it exactly the same to match the brothers plate. returned and the new plate had much smaller lettering and dots by the year and name!! asked for a refund and unable to look up the amount or figure it out from their receipt.... too difficult?? refunded 11 dollars short after seeing my credit card bill. owner asked how to make it right. had chances to fix, not compentant workers.
