A great and convenient service! I've used Marion's Childcare dozens of times since my girls were babies. All of the sitter's I've used have been professional, loving, and trustworthy. I will continue to use them in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone staying in San Diego on vacation, or someone who needs a nanny placement or occasional babysitting in their home.

I came from Boston to San Diego and had a sitter from Marion's come to my hotel. The sitter was late, was dressed completely inappropriately for babysitting a six year old boy and did her own school work or other work the entire time, even though my child wanted to play. When I pressed her on her qualifications, she did NOT have any yet, and told me the agency let her sit for three months without any! How does that help me if there is a problem! Not impressed.

My husband and I went to San Diego with our one year old daughter for vacation and used Marions' Childcare so we could go out one night. The sitter arrived on time and with a wonderful attitude. She took very good care of our daughter and I would highly recommend using this service.

We were visiting San Deigo from Massachusetts for a wedding, when my wife unexpectedly required emergency surgery and a hospital stay. We had used Marion's childcare in our hotel the night before, during the wedding. After a stressful and sleepless night--my wife in the emergency room and me at the hotel with my 2 year old son--I called Marion's at 8am on a Sunday morning to see if they could send someone over to help out while I went to the hospital. In no time, we had a wonderful lady at the hotel to watch my son for most of the day while I stayed with my wife at the hotel. We feel lucky to have known about Marion's in that time of need.
