Birthday parties, reunions, weddings, and community meetings can be hosted amid the ranch's comfortable country atmosphere. The grounds feature the quintessential red barn, grass pastures, barnyard animals, and plenty of trees and shade. In October, families can find a pumpkin patch here.

The ranch has an onsite kitchen, complete with "Cowboy Max" the cook, who can prepare all kinds of chuckwagon dinner food. Staff members provide great touches like pinatas, wagon rides, games, pre-event set-up, and after-event cleanup.
