The McKinley Community Center is on the McKinley Middle School Campus. The Center houses a half-court gym that can be used as a stage with lighting.
The Before School Program runs Monday-Friday 7:30am-9am.
The Afterschool Program runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 3pm-6pm; Wednesday 12:30pm-5:30pm. Free snack and recreation is provided.
Home School Band, Home School Spanish, Youth Basketball, and more classes are offered. Check the website for details.
All Albuquerque community centers and several elementary schools offer free Summer Recreation Programs for children age 6-12. The programs generally run from 9am-3pm. Some community centers also offer Winter Break, Spring Break and extended hour programs. Contact individual centers for more details and registration information.
