Some service people at Merry Go Round (MGR) need to improve their people skills but certainly not all. On your next visit to MGR seek out the British salesperson. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and spent the time to demo several car seats and strollers for us. Ultimately we bought the Orbit Infant System. Thank goodness for the Brit!

Aside of reviewing the products, lets talk about my experience with their customer service. The convertible crib and a mattress did not arrive as promised at the time of purchase within 6 weeks. No one bothered to call me from the store to let me know that it won't come in on time. Add to my frustration as expecting mother, I had to call a number of time to get any information as to when it will arrive. Finally I got a hold of the owners Molly and Bob Pressey. Bob told me that my crib won't be in for another 4 weeks which is past my due date. Also, he was extremely rude and did not even bother to resolve the situation. When I mentioned that the crib would arrive past my due date, he asked me if I had my C-section scheduled!!!! Talk about inappropriate. He then proceeded to tell me that I have only one option and if I would not listen he would hang up on me. The option was to refund me my money for the order. I am a few weeks from my due dates and scrambling to find a crib replacement. Now let’s talk whether you want to buy anything at the store and be at their mercy....

My childeren and I have never been treated so porely at a store. The women in there act all high and mighty and could care less if your even there to buy something or need help. The play area is a joke they freek if your kids make a sound.
