St. Louis'
light rail system services the Central Corridor of St. Louis City and County. The trains operate on
two branches: the Lambert Branch, which operates between Lambert Airport Main and Shiloh-Scott, and the Shrewsbury Branch, which operates between Shrewsbury-Lansdowne I-44 and Emerson Park. Passengers may transfer between branches at any station from Forest Park-DeBaliviere to Emerson Park.
Riders can purchase fares from Ticket Vending Machines located at any MetroLink station. MetroLink operates a
Ride-Free-Zone between the Arch-Laclede's Landing Station and
Union Station Mon-Fri between 11:30am-1:30pm.
MetroLink's website features the helpful
TripFinder, an interactive form that helps riders plan their travels using MetroLink, as well as time tables, fare charts, and rider alerts.
