Metrorock has been an important part of the social and physical development of our 15 year old daughter. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and has always been very sensitive to our needs as a family.

Rock climbing is a new adventure for me, I learned to climb at the age of 60 and will still be climbing at the age of 70, God willing! The experience has been twofold for me, my fear of heights is now minimal and the weight loss is a bonus. All ages of climbers have been very helpful and supportive and offer suggestions on how to climb a particular problem. The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. MetroRock has a program for all ages...keep climbing!!!
