Cruise down the aisles at Michaels Arts & Crafts Store and you can't help but be inspired by some of the projects that you can do at home with the kids. Sometimes it's a real lifesaver to stock up ahead of time on project materials for those long rainy afternoons.

Every Saturday, craft activities for ages five to 12 are supervised from 10am-12n. Crafts are seasonally appropriate and usually appeal to both boys and girls.

Many stores offer party rooms where kids can select one of 10 pre-selected projects. You supply the cake and decorations; Michaels supplies the craft supplies and supervised instruction. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required that is applied toward the total cost of the party.
