About Midvale Mining Cafe
The Midvale Mining Cafe is a family owned and operated restaurant that has been in business for over 20 years. What keeps them going? Good food, very reasonable prices, and a staff that listens to each diner's requests - if you ask for extra crispy hash browns, you're sure to get extra crispy hash browns! The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is homemade, the fish is fresh, the prime rib is popular, the burgers are tasty, the bacon is thick and crispy, and the scones are delightful.
For the youngsters and the "young at heart seniors," the Midvale Mining Cafe has a Miners Menu (get it - Minors/Miners?), offering a nice selection of the restaurant's regular menu items in smaller portions at tiny prices. Kids' breakfast items are served until 5pm. Lunch/dinner selections come with extras like fries, garlic bread, vegetables, and scones. Pies and ice cream are available for dessert, if there's still room for it.
The restaurant is stocked with plenty of booster seats and highchairs, but there are no changing tables in the restrooms. Coloring sheets and crayons are available to keep little ones busy while waiting for the food.
