Mission Bay Aquatics Center is San Diego's largest water sport center, offering sailing, wakeboarding, kayaking, waterskiing, surfing, rowing, windsurfing, and kiteboarding. It is run by the Associated Students of SDSU. The center offers Youth Water Sports Camps during both summer and spring breaks. Campers receive instruction in their activity of choice during the morning sessions (marine science, surfing, sailing, etc.) and recreational activities in the afternoon where they get to try out other water sports. The Center is not only for kids. On weekends and in the evenings, families are welcome to rent the equipment - or take a class together.
