Monkey Joe's353

I just returned from Monkey Joe's with my two kids. The counter person was extremely rude. They are apparently understaffed because after waiting in the line she left to serve food at the food counter before helping me. As you can imagine, my kids were anxious to start playing with friends who were already there. When she returned I inquired if we had a group rate since I knew there were quite a few of us there and I was surprised by her rude tone that "no one had made a reservation." The total was $21.76 for two kids. Yikes! I inquired for future reference how many were needed for a group. Again, in a rude tone she responded that you needed a reservation and you needed 10. I shocked by her curtness. They apparently don't really care about my current business, any future business and to add insult to injury we were treated like cheats having to remove our wristbands before we could leave the building. Honestly, did we really have to be asked to do that?! I won't be back!

I took 5 boys, ages 10-5 to the O'fallon location and they LOVED it. We were there for 2 hours and the kids were hot, sweaty, and having a blast. I love the parent's "lounge". You can see most of the facility and sit in comfy chairs, as well. There is a lot of seating, which is much better than the bench or two other places provide. I also like the frequent user card option. Saves money and can be used on multiple kids, as long as you are not a daycare or something. We will return! Price is reasonable, especially during the week.

I take the 4 year old girl that I nanny. She loves it. She's an only child, and there's always a bunch of other children that she can play with. I also like it because you pay one flat rate for however long you'd like to stay. The other bounce place in Saint Louis charges you by the hour, and you can only go during their open hours. Both, the little one and I think Monkey Joe's is so much more fun!!!!
