They should insist parents stay with/close to their kids. I stay close to mine and really dislike having UNSUPERVISED children running wild. If their employees would enforce house rules things would be better. Where are the parents??? I prefer KangaRoom, they have employees monitoring kids, and will throw out the troublemakers.

I took my 2 YO daughter a few nights ago. She had fun, but I do think it was a little too old for her. Granted, they had slides/bounce houses for 3 and under which were appropriate for her, but she wanted nothing to do with those of course! Had they been in a separate area, it would have been better. But of course there were no kids on those ... they were all on the bigger slides, which is where my daughter wanted to be (with the other kids). There was one separate area for 3 and under, but all it consisted of was worn carpet, a chalk board wall and a battered toy over which a kid that was at least 5 was shoving my daughter. Where were all the parents?! That led to the general chaos of the place, as there were two large parties where the parent to child ratio was probably 3 to 30 and the parents that WERE there with their kids were not really monitoring their behavior at all (some of these kids were getting a little aggressive, to say the least). As for the place itself, the carpet was very worn and dirty, and the slides smelled like vomit. Maybe it was the location, but it seemed a little shady to me, and I so wish I would have heeded the woman at the front desk's warning about leaving my purse in the car (they don't have lockers) as my cell phone seems to have been "lost" (even though I had my purse on me the entire time) and, SURPRISE SURPRISE, no one turned it in nor called me. I will not return ...

We went here for the first time this Sunday. The kids had a wonderful time. The place was very clean. There was a place for parents to sit and watch TV and read maazines. It was much bigger than other jump places I have been to and had much more to offer by the way of foods. The referrees were a huge help and security was tight at the door. We loved it and bought a frequent user pass.

I took my three boys to Monkey Joe's after hearing how great it was from my neighbor. When I arrived the front door person explained what they do and even got a manager to show me around to help decide if I wanted to come in or not. I was very impressed to see that there where 3 employees watching the jumps and slides and where not afraid to use their whistles to get the kids attention. My boys ages are between 3 and 7 and each of them found a favorite slide. One of my boys was asked to get off of one of the jumps that is reserved for 3 and younger and the employee was nice enough to come and explain thats why my son was asked to get off. My hats off to the managment and staff for making a great place for my kids to have safe fun.

I have a 15 month old boy and they are supposed to have 2 separate jumpers for toddlers under the age of 3. Well, they have no one supervising those jumpers and alot of the bigger kids get in them and jump around and knock the little ones down. Most of the parents for the older kids don't watch their children and they are running around like crazy...which is what kids do. I would say it is more for older kids.

...Wednesday AM, right after they opened. Their ages ranged from 3-13. All of them, except the 3 year old were pretty tired with the place after an hour and a half. One thing I definately did NOT like was that they had 2 summer camps come in shortly after we got there, and the bounce houses were well beyond their capacity, which made my kids not want to stay very long.

The ad says "all ages" "fun for the whole family" I took 5 kids 7 months, 1yr, 2yrs, 9yrs & 13 yrs. They refused to let the 13 year old play. It was not a weight or size issue. Adults are allowed on the equipment.

I had been here previosly with my 2 year old and had a great time but this visit was very disappointing. All ads say "great for the entire family" and "fun for everyone" However, they will not allow anyone age 13-17 to play. Adults are allowed to play and children up to age 12 are allowed to play. We went with my 2 year old son, my 1 year old niece, my 13 year old niece, my mother and myself. My mother had a broken toe. I was going to play with the 2 year old and the 13 year old was going to help the 1 year old. They would not allow the 13 yr old on the equipment. They said she could come in and watch but could not play. Not a height or weight restriction since adults can play. No where on their website, brochures or signs in the facilities does it say that this age group is excluded from play. We left with toddlers in tears.

Took my 3-year-old and 7-year-old there last weekend and they had a blast. We spent 2 hours there and I had to drag the kids out! There are slides and bounce houses for the older kids and then some reserved for the 3 and unders, which is nice.
