Monti's La Casa Vieja has been in operation since 1954, but the building dates back to 1871, so it serves not only as a great place to eat, but also as a great place to learn about and see pieces of Arizona history. It welcomes more than half a million diners annually and offers up a nice selection of steaks, ribs, chops, seafood, chicken, pasta, soups, and salads. A children's menu is available for kids ages 10 and under.

Given the building's age, it's no surprise that it boasts several ghost sightings. Families can even attend the occasional on-site ghost hunt. Watch the calendar for details.
