Founded in 1996,
Moonlight Productions is a non-profit intergenerational theater that is dedicated to mentoring kids and teens through musical productions. They have found that youth involved in drama and music have better grades, less truancy and are less likely to use drugs and alcohol. By putting them on stage with adult role models, they hope to show a better path.
Moonlight Productions offers
school vacation week workshops; check the website or email
jtactor@aol.com for details and registration information.
The annual membership fees is $40 per person or $60 per family. The year runs September to September. There is also a production fee for each show. It varies from show to show. (Fees can be waived for financial hardship.)
