More than a Nanny454

We were very happy with this agency. We were looking for engaging care for our baby and they sent us infant trained nannies who had infant CPR and they had met and screened each of the 3 women we met. We hired someone after a week of signing up and it helped that their fee was much more reasonable than some of the big name agencies.

We used their baby nurses and they were great. We decided to extend them for several weeks longer and we thought the agency was very professional.

For all of the parents out there in the city who need someone to trust their precious, precious children with, this agency took the usual large sum of money from us to register with them, they sent us several candidates who changed their resumes after we let them know they were not what we were looking for, and then, they sent us a candidate who admitted to me that the agency had never met her! They lied to us, telling us that they do incredibly extensive interviewing and background checks, etc,. They tried to tell us that they won't refund our money but of course we are disputing our credit card company. But most important is that you as parents know that you must not trust these people.

They are nice people and they sent us some good choices. They don't work with just any nanny it seems, they are selective. I like that they don't charge an arm and a leg either!
