Mosaic on a Stick - wittily named in recognition of its proximity to the State Fairgrounds - is an artist-owned, values-driven mosaic supply shop and studio.

In addition to ceramic, porcelain, glass, and handmade tile and equipment, the store offers single- and multi-session classes, and space for private events in its airy, candy-hued shop. Owner-artists Lori Greene and Maria Ricke also sell their own work.

Parties: Select a project - such as a mirror, frame, or trivet - for guests to assemble during a Mosaic on a Stick party (these are best suited for tweens and teens). Guests are sent home with bags of grout and instructions for finishing their pieces. Refreshments may be brought in; Treats on a Stick are encouraged! Base price, including basic materials: $150 for up to five guests; $30 each additional guest. Call the store for a consultation or booking.
