The Museum of Craft and Folk Art provides exhibitions and educational programs to honor cultural traditions past and present, and celebrate the creative spirit.

The Museum's Education Program brings curriculum-based hands-on workshops to schools, libraries, enrichment programs, and more. Slide shows, genuine artifacts, and art activities foster cultural awareness and bring history, math, science, and social studies alive.

getting there:

Yerba Buena Lane is a pedestrian walkway running between Mission and Market Streets, between Third and Fourth Streets. (Across Mission St. from the Metreon and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, near the Marriott Hotel, St. Patrick's Church, and the new location of the Contemporary Jewish Museum). Near the Powell Street BART station.
