About Music Center of the Northwest

Since 1989, Music Center of the Northwest has been offering private lessons, classes, ensembles, workshops, and camps for all ages and abilities.

Music Together is a series of 45-minute classes for infants and children (ages six months to four years) and their caregivers, which provides an introduction to music in an informal, developmentally appropriate way. Classes include songs, rhymes, music, and instrument play.

Suzuki instruction is offered for guitar, violin, and recorder. Traditional instruction is also available on a variety of other instruments, including woodwinds, strings, brass, and piano.

Opportunities for older children and adults include jazz improvisation, chorus, chamber music ensembles, wind ensembles, and string orchestras.

Financial aid is available for those who qualify.

Very inclusive! Nice sense of community, with caring staff. My kids have gotten a lot out of their relationship with Music Center.
